Job Description:
Maintaining the HR Documentation
Implementation of employees’ performance review procedure
Payroll Management
Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department
Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company
Help employees with their appraisals, and employee benefits packages
Manage and complete an administrative task
Knowledge of Statutory Compliances
Maintaining records, attendance, and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required
Conducting exit Formalities Process
Handling employee grievances
